Serves 4
4 chopped chicken breast
1 onion chopped
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 table spoon red curry paste (small pot)
curry power - 2 teaspoon
salt teaspoon
turmeric teaspoon
ground ginger - half teaspoon
chopped tomatoes - 1 can
butter - 2 tablespoons
coconut milk - 1 can
double cream - 200ml
Mix all ingredients (except coconut milk and cream) into a zip lock bag - freeze
De-frost night before in fridge
Place in slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low
Add coconut milk and cream just before serving
