Sweet Potatoes - 400g
1/2 butter nut squash
1 large onion
Garlic - 2 crushed cloves
1/2 tin chick peas
Chopped tomatoes - 1x tin
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 table spoon curry power
2 teaspoon garam masala
400g coconut milk
All all ingredients except coconut to zip lock bag - freeze
De-frost night before in fridge
Place in slow cooker - cook for 8 hours
Add coconut milk 30 minutes before serving
